![]() * Few game mechanics are properly explained so find out by trial and error or go read guides (that are still low on info). ![]() * Limited carry capacity and rare backpacks?! means you will run out of equipment as the mission difficulty increases -> start dying constantly. * Big interesting maps but hunger puts an unnecessary strict timer on - go for the objective or die of hunger (arguably depends on the food spawn rng). * Emphasis that troop deaths are expected/normal but campaign difficulty increases by time - your experienced troops with all the gear are still dead though. Yes, please.Has so much potential - but way too opinionated. So you’ll cheerily fight ruthless mercenaries, corporate agents, and mutated demons from another world. ![]() Adding salt to the metaphorical wound, there’s also a nasty disease spreading across space stations, which is somehow connected to the interdimensional rifts opening up everywhere, inviting even nastier demons into our world. Quasimorph is set in the far future when corporations have privatised outer space itself and are fighting for control over the Solar System. Seems like a game for those who enjoy that intense tactical thinking, without needing a quick trigger finger to play. But the shooting part of extraction shooters is replaced with turn-based combat instead. Die, and you’ll lose the valuable loot gathered during the mission.
